10's Work Better Because 12's Need Too Much Air Space... Unless You Have Some Compitison Subs That Don't Need Alot Of Air Space.... Like Diamonds Or Extants.

I built a custom box for my 00 gmc ext z71. I have one qubic foot per
JL12w3. The front of it seats 2 inch back under the rear seat. You would never know it was there unless I pointed it out. The top of the box is designed so it fits up into the rear seat frame. This provides the extra room needed for the magnets.

q logic makes sub boxes for under rear seat for 10" one box per sub under driv or pass side also make amp rack to connect 2 boxes and hold amp got mine at sounddomain
