Halfcut for a 89 CRX DX?

Someone said in order to put a b16 in a 89 crx dx i would have to get a 'halfcut'.

Is that true?

If so/not how much does it cost to make a b16 work in a dx?

It's alot of work and money, but you get a quick car, and maybe a halfcut car would get you all the major parts you need but it can be done without a halfcut. Try searching Google, I found:
