Those are two distinct questions. For instance I wanted Dean to win the Democratic nomination but thought Kerry would win.

This is only the second poll I've seen on this topic so far. With eight months to go we'll see it a few dozen more times. It would be interesting to see if anyone who does vote at this point changes their mind.

Re: Vote Kerry vs. Bush

I'm dissapointed that Bob Dole didn't run this year. Once again, we've got only two sorry presidents to pick from. One has already proven he's an inadequate president. Personally, I'd rather take a gamble and vote for Kerry, than vote for Bush and have a guaranteed loser of a president.
If only for laughs, Bob Dole should have tried running this year.

I would actually vote for a different Rep. than Bush if there was another distinct Rep. candidate running.

Too bad the Presidential Election can't be the free-for-all clusterfuck that our California Gubernatorial Election was....

Oh, wait....

Voting for Kerry cuzz Bush's religious agenda is becoming more and more apparent as the days go by. But I still have some research to do on Kerry before I go to the polls and officially vote for him.

How is that? They both spent their whole campaigns ripping each other apart. Edwards would have a better chance beating Bush than Kerry. Its a bad thing Kerry won the bid. He won't win a Southern state one. Nobody down here likes him. He's a Massachusetts democratic who plans on raising taxes and making ridiculous gun laws. He's done.

wtf are you talking about broh? the last debate they had it was like a edwards kerry tag team against everyone else. And the southern states hate Kerry but who do they love? That's right... Edwards. Thus making him the perfect running mate.

Re: Vote Kerry vs. Bush

Kinda cracks me up how Kerry rails against the Republicans penchant for big business and how he's for the poor. All that shit talk about supporting big business.... yet he's married to the Heinz widow.... yeah, there's a double standard for yah.

Kinda cracks me up that Bush claims he is capable of doing anything right...

Sorry bud, but I'm from the South and the generally feeling about him down here is that he is a Northern Democrat stuck in the wrong state.]

Bush gets the majority of the South bid, takes most of the midwest and Florida and wins in a less-close than last time election.

I'm from Virginia (ok we're not really southern anymore but we're close enough) and the reason Kerry is viewed as a Northern Democrat is because HE IS A NORTHERN DEMOCRAT.... Bush will get most Southern states because... well he's Republican and that's usually how it goes. I feel that if Edwards is Kerry's runningmate he gets more electability in the South and gets the points nessecary to win, barely, but still win.
