Well first off you can either find a headliner in a junk yard in good shape,(good luck on that one!) or you can remove yours and take it down to a local fabric store, or a semestress and have them reupholster it for you. Or if you want to get crazy you can take it down to a custom interior shop and have them do it for you, itll be more flashy but cost more. Also when you take out the headliner you might want to replace the padding in it. As far as how to take the headliner out you are on your own there, but i wouldnt think it would be to hard. Hope this little info helps you out and good luck.
Toodles....

you can buy Headliner Material, it is cloth bonded to a Foam padding. To take off the of padding fist take the headliner down with out bending or crease the Cardboard backing. Then you take a Wire brush and scrape the padding stuff off, then you spray mositure proof adhesive on the stripped cardboard backing and lay the new stuff down, make sure there are no pockets of air.

the headliner is cheeper if you take it down your self... my bf has a k5 blazer and recently got a new headliner, if you take it down to a shop to get it done it takes about 4 days and bout 60 dollars

re

I can't say how well these work yet but I just ordered one for about $50 (w/ S&H) for my Cherokee. The kit comes with cloth, foam backing, and the spray on glue. You reuse the cardboard backing. John 98R/T was right on the steps but you can go to this site and see examples/order.
