2000 Cherokee Sport-Vibrations-Shaking in Steering-Trans Problems?

Ok, at about 50 mph and then again at 70 mph my 2000 Cherokee Sport starts to shake and vibrate like it needs to either be aligned or have the wheels balanced. Well, i had that done today and they are telling me it's something in the drive shaft. Well after they've done this work today it seems to be better but they are telling me i need to go to a jeep dealer and have them look at, more than likely, the rear end. i haven't noticed any problems at all with anything else. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions???????

Thanks!
