Question custom turbo accessories

yeah, i think most of you guys know my story about the custom turbo bit... i was just wondering all the accessories i'd need to buy to install the turbo... i know i need a blowoff valve, manifold, ic, downpipe, tubing for the ic, fuel pump, boost guage, all that stuff... i was wondering if someone could give me a complete list of what i'd need, including all the electronics and guages and fuel stuff? and if you could include prices that'd be super cool, but if it's gunna cause you grief, don't bother
thx.

They list everything that comes with their kit. That should give you a good idea of what u need. Also I would suggest that you get the air to fuel, boost, and oil pressure guage.

depending on what hondata system you get and what boost you plan on running you could probably eliminate the need for the map sensor bypass valve, fuel pump, and boost dependent regualtor, but that is only if you keep low levels of boost and have an experienced tuner setup the system.

Re: custom turbo accessories

i see, yeah i'm planning on running some pretty high boost (15 psi) for a street driven car so i'd definitely need the fuel pump.. most likely the hondata s200 with the boost option. it says on the site i can boost up to 11 psi with the stock map sensor, so i'd have to replace that. hmmm.. interesting stuff

Re: custom turbo accessories

it is similar in that it is a standalone, but IMO it is more advanced with far more options and potential for tuning. I am not dissing hondata, they are good systems, but for most folks, I think the EMS is better. fyi, its more expensive than hondata, but has many many more options.

I think the AEM gui is better, but I am biased
