oil pressure sender
I am redoing the interior of my pick-up (1980 k10 350), and have new gauges. The truck has been neglected a little and the wires behind the dash are all messed up so I can't trace the wire to the pressure sender. It is back there by the distributer right?

Your lucky..
Your lucky.. I have a 1984 Chevy K-10 P/U with a 305 that I'm swapping out the warning lights for gauges. I have everything connected, and sensors swapped except for the oil pressure sending unit. I have a oil pressure switch, but no sending unit. My shop book tells me that the oil pressure sending unit should be located near the distribitor but I can't find anything back there..
