Mounting a racing harness
So I've done some research and I've noted that bolting the harness to the floor or the rear seatbelt mounts is a no-no because in a crash the harness will compress your spine, due to the fact that it is lower than your shoulders. So I've found some harness bars at lokarmotorsports.com, but they're all for Acura Integra applications. If I'm going to be Autocrossing, I want to install a harness, but I want a harness bar. Does anyone know if there are any harness bars for 1988-91 Civic HB? Would a local shop be able to weld me one together?
