Toyota ECU Fault Codes Question

Hi, could anyone help? My engine light comes on every morning whenever I start driving the car, even after warming it up for a couple of minutes. But it goes away after a while. It does not happen if I start the car after leaving it in the office thru out the work hours. The fault code shows "54".... Toyota dealers and workshops do not have fault code "54" in their manuals.... anyone knows what "54" means?
