I am trying to replace the tires on a 2002 Lexus SC430. Size 245-40-R18. I am trying to get a cheap but descent tire. My biggest issue is noise and tread wear. I have been looking at Kumho MX's, Pirelli PZero Nero M&S, Potenza RE750, Yokohoma AVS dB S2, and the Nitto NT555. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything would be helpful.

Re: Need Help!!! Tires for SC430?
I would look at either the Pirelli PZero Nero M&S, or the Yokohama. The others are going to be faster wearing and will have more road feel and noise as they wear. I'd also look at the Sumitomo HTR+ in that same size. Try to steer clear of directional tires as they will tend to produce more noise than an a non-directional tire since you won't be able to cross rotate to even out heel-toe wear.

Re: Need Help!!! Tires for SC430?
For an update. We decided to go with the Nitto's because Tire Kingdom messed up their pricing and they had the $160 tire for $100. We couldn't pass up the deal an a decent tire. Right now we only replaced the two rear tires. I'll keep ya'll updated how the Nitto's work-out.
