Angry Dead Prius

I cried as the tow truck took away my 2004 Prius bought in November. The battery won't stay charged, it brakes like it's sliding on ice, takes several tries to get it to back up. Worst of all, the mechanics have NO CLUE! Has anybody heard of this? I can't find this problem addressed anywhere. If I have a lemon, what are my rights? Will I get a new car out of it or what? Thanks!

bad news

I bet they plug the car into the computer diagnostic equipment, get a readout that will show exactly what the problem is, replace the part(s), and you'll be back up and running pretty soon.

Of course, the parts won't be in stock, and I bet it takes 1-2 weeks to get them in.
