Cool 2000 Park Avenue stereo installation

Just got a 2000 Park Ave and want to swap the stereo out for a custom install. Though I've done too many installs to remember over the years, I like to get as much info as I can on a new vehicle before I start.
I'm looking for anyone who has installed a new in dash or door speakers from a 98 and up Park. I'd like to get a "heads up" on how the door panels (frt & rear) are removed to minimize the chance of breakage. It looks like a plastic cover strip probably comes off of each door inside the armrest to reveal a screw or screws? I assume it's just a matter of removing clips from there. Also, the front dash has a center channel speaker which looks like is accessed by simply pulling up the cover that spans the entire dash length. I can't imagine any screws being used on this piece but....
Lastly, the in dash radio. I'd like to know if clips are all that hold the trim piece on or are there screws as well and where are they?
Any help will certainly will save me time during the install.
Thanks!
