Pimp out my 89 Cavy

I just got this piecer cavalier that i just finished changing the valves and yada yada and I want to rip out the 4 cyl. thats in it and stick something worth looking at. I would like a detailed description of what i should do and what I should put in for it to top (at least) 120. (With this engine now it only goes up to about 82, and thats downhill). Id like to know everything, including the shocks filters brakes flippin led lights. Whats the best to make it the monster machine. (Oh, and it has to be reasonably priced)
