What do you all think about.....

a silver Revell ITR? First, I was thinking about painting it yellow, but I changed my mind.

Should I glue on the rear bumper and front spoiler before I paint the body? I know that I shouldn't put the wing on until after I paint it.

I spray painted them seperately and it glued alright for me. I suppose if you went ahead and glued it you would get a smoother transition, but I had no probs. You just have to remember how many coats you put on each part.

As for silver, I can see it. I think it would look best with a darker shade of silver, but it still looks nice in any shade of silver.

OT: That's a Koeneggsigg (sp?) in your sig, right?

Today I put the third coat of primer on the body and primered the pieces to the interior, engine, etc. Should start to make some good progress on it in a couple days.

Sure, I was thinking about Sephie, but I like Auron more (sounds like Orange don't it?).

On topic: I will note that with ITR, be very careful when attaching the final hood. The pins don't take kindly to being put in and out more than once! D'oh! Mine came out alright, but it can't sit up. It is either off or on, no up!

Glue the bumpers etc on first then paint.

If you want to paint it silver...go ahead. The one good thing about this hobby is that you can do what ever you like.
