possible turbo solution

Hey guys I live in Washington State and I've been looking for a decent Turbo II for a a while now. The only problem is that they don't seem to exist in Washington . There are a lot of NA RX-7s here though. Mainly the 87's and 88's. I was thinking that I could pick up one of those for around 2000 and then proceed to do the turbo drivetrain swap. I believe I would need the engine/trans setup, ecu with wiring harness, turbo fuel pump, and turbo exhaust. Is there other things I'm missing? The turbo hood I'm guessing would probably help too. Do any of you know the best place to get these parts? Thanks.
