Air Force?

Hey all,

I'm thinking of joining the air force at the end of march, and was looking for any info some currently enlisted people could provide?

How do you guys like it, and are there any special things I can request? Like where I will be stationed, what job, etc?

Any info you guys can provide would be appreciated.

Be prepared to fight..... mountains and mountains of papers. Paperwork will become your arch-nemesis. That and you'll probably end up in Alaska...

So what is it the Para Rescuemen refer to themselves as then?

All the PJs I have spoken to refer to themselves as such.

I have nothing against the air force, since my grandpa is a veteran of the USAAF, but why not join the marines?
