flashing 4x4 lite

I have a 99 4 runner v6 limited trying to turn the lite off.I've put in new 4x4 computer but it is still on. check all the wires it seems fine . notice there is no power going to the 2-4 motor on the transfer case. if I manually jump the motor so that bit is in 4x4 then lite goes out, untill i move lver back to 2wd then lite flashes and then cant get back into 4x4. need 4x4 plz help .. thank you
