Troubles changing alternator on 98 Grand prix SE

I took all the bolts out except for the one toward the bottom of the alternator. This bolt is really long and i cant take it out because one of the pulleys for the belt is in the way. I'm not 100% sure what to do now. I was wondering if there is an easier way to take it out or do i somehow and someway move or take out the pulley for it. Plus i heard there is a way you can get the belt off easier if you move a pulley but i dont have how to move it. Of course when i really need the car fixed right of way something stupid happens like this. Can someone help me on this one?

its not a pulley thats in the way its actually the belt tensioner all you have to do is use a wrench and hold the tensionor out of the way while you remove the altenator. Its easier with two people.

Use a normal wrench and do the nut behind the bolt and then hold the tensioner out of the way so you can pull the bolt out
