92 Taurus Turn signal,Hazard problem

Anybody know exactly where the flasher is for this.The Haynes manual is wrong and I just cant seem to find it under there.Replaced Fuse as a 1st step,no-luck.Went by the dealership and they didnt even have a picture of what it looks like,tho the parts guy tried to find it on his computer.The Mechanic in the service department didnt have a picture either,tho he did give me a copy of the wiring schematic,which is helpful as it gives the color of the wires I should be chasing.Any help or advice would be appreciated.
