Rain inside 2001 grand am, won't start

My roomate left the sunroof open overnight on his 2001 Grand Am, and it rained. So the car got all sorts of water inside. Somehow, this drained the battery dead...not sure how.

I tried to jump the car for him, but no luck. Checked all the fuses and they're all good. Yet it seems nothing is getting power. What can I do?

Thanks.

you may have a pass lock problem too , loose inline fuses and sterio failure due to condensation could do all sorts of weird things if you dont dry it and test it properly so be very carefull. your best bet is to have it towed and tested at a gm shop.

Yes he still has warranty. He said he would tow it to the dealer if we couldn't get it working.
