Aftermarket Manifolds?
I'm about to embark on a street/strip project and I wanted to go with a common engine setup. The only problem is the setup looks to be very uncommon in 1/25 scale. I wanted to use a 350 chev engine with a single carb high riser, as this looks to be a good combination for street/strip and I want the car to look realistic. I know Model car garage has the dominator carb and a suitable air cleaner, but for the life of me I can't find the right manifold. If any of you know of how to get a hold of at least something similar to this, please tell me.

No luck at MCG, they may have had one in production but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Maybe although highly unlikely I could find one elsewhere, ala second hand or New old stock?

your looking for a 350 chevy high rise single carb intake. nothing the height of a tunnel ram i assume. let me look n my junk box and see if maybe i might have what you are looking for, but it is not easy even in the real world to find an intake to bolt a single hooly dominator too.
have you thought about making a custom intake? just a thought.

Actually, the best place to find a high rise single plane intake manifold for a single four barrel carburetor is in the old AMT/Ertl Modified kits. They'll be reissuing a few of these this year. I have the '36 Plymouth Modified Kit and its manifold is hellaciously sweet. If I didn't love old short track cars so much, I'd be swiping parts left and right from this kit.
