camaro back seat belts question

first timer question. I have saw a 69 camaro that was pretty nice at the auto show in Atlantic City this weekend. The back seat had a female seat belt in each side clip on the inside panel. then there are three regular seat belt sets? Was there a shoulder belt or was this a messed up back seat?

I brought a 72' Camero new and it didn't have shoulder belts in the back seat only in the front. These were two completely separate belts seat and shoulder.
