Hi
i have a 1991 jeep cherokee that cuts out at 20-25 miles per hour , it idles fine and runs at high speed fine but whe you slow down to an lower speed and try to accelorate it cuts out can some one please help ? thanks |

What have you tried so far? Could be a lot of different things, try the easy ones first. Distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, etc

i am a teenager with a 90 cherokee 4.0 and i take off some times. under heavy, or full acceleration, mine would put you in the seat up until about 30 then cut out, but when you hit 40 it put you back again. my dad bought new bosch platinum plugs, new plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter and air filter
