1996 / 1997 Wheel lug torque specs

Hey everyone. My neighbor has either a 96 or a 97 Ford Taurus (not sure which yet). I'm helping him rotate his tires this afternoon. Does anyone have the torque specs for the wheel lugs for a 96 and/or 97 Taurus? Thanks!!
