Doing a COMIC BOOK!! And I need some HELP PLEASE!?!

Wazzup ya'll, I'm currently doing a comic book (about cars of course) and what I do is I draw the whole page and make it neat with my pen. But then I need to color it and make it look professional, if yall know what I mean (basically I wanna scan it on my computer and color the pages), so my question for ya'll is what is the best SOFTWARE I can use to color my pages with. Thanks and please respond!

I haven't used photoshop elements before, but scratch disk fuill means you're either outta RAM, and/or the drive you set as the scratch disk is full. You should be able to change this in the settings, same goes for Photoshop. If you don't have another HD partition to set the scratch disk to, well, then even if you got Photoshop, it still ain't gonna work cause it takes even more memory. Also, you may try closing stuff you don't need(e.g., in the system tray).

so photoshop 7 is the best to use...okay thank everyone and beefcake you're right about the problem, its because my C drive was low on GB's. It seems to work now so I guess that was the problem. Thanks Everyone for your help and I'll post pictures as soon as I color them.
