Has anyone else had to pay return shipping on wrong items?

They sent me the wrong radius arm then charged me return shipping. It's not the first time they've jacked my orders up, but small stuff isn't expensive to return.

Do yourself a favor, go to your local Ford dealer first, it'll get you back on the road sooner and cheaper

I have ordered a lot of stuff from them, never had a problem. I think you will find this with a lot of companies.

Actually...

It took me a month to fix their error. After I paid to return the wrong part, they tried to short me not only the "restocking fee", but also the initial shipping charge. I had to start a charge back through my credit card company. It shouldn't be that hard.
