maxima civic or accord?

i wanna start a new 'project' its really hard to decide which car to choose though... accords are better than civics, and maxima's are way better than both of them together plus it comes with 190, 225, and 260HP .....
but it doesnt look as good as civics and the accords...
what would u choose as for a project car from maxima's , civics , accords?? and why ?

you seem to be a fairly militant Maxima owner...

I can't agree at all, I think the Max looks GREAT and I admit I am biased.

uhhh

did you say "PROJECT"?????

Ok, for a real PROJECT car, a Civic or an Accord are more suitable.... there is more aftermarket behind them, a lot more potential to go turbo and swap engines etc..... while in the maxima.... it's NOS or Supercharger or the both of them... If you define "project car" as just something nice to do a few nice things to..... I would definately say MAXIMA.... you get the best ever V6 engine ever made, super smooth, economic and reliable... stock for stock, a Maxima will destroy a Civic and take even a V6 accord easily... If you are buying used, Nissans loose their resale value quick, so you can get a 2 year old nissan at nearly 60% of it's "new" price... Best bang for the buck = Maxima.... Also roomy

oh yea

as far as LOOKS.....

have you seen a 3rd, 4th or 5th generation maxima with 18s, lowered and a Stillen body kit???? i really do not find a little rice burner civic attractive, it's "CUTE" an a Accord is "NICE" while a max is "DAMN"

agree with NyceMax..
i think Maximas are not that bad looking cars compared to civics and accords. quite honestly, i think nicely fixed up Maximas look better than riced out Hondas...Honda people can get carried away sometimes...ahh...

but as far as your project goes, i think a Honda is much more suitable choice for you if you want to do alot to your car.
having said that, if you want limited 'quality' choices, then get a Maxima.

You can't fit 4 adults in a WRX. Use the WRX for Saturday night racing and the Maxima for the other 6 days.
