Does anyone know if you can run 32 inch tires on the stock 15 inch tacoma alloy rims with no rubbing? I am looking to get new BFG MT's in 32x11.50x15... Any help on this question will be much appreciated.

he is more then right! you can run those tires on the stock wheels with no problem but with out a lift you will rub on full turns and off road. red |

What's the minimum lift needed for 32's?
What is the minimum lift needed to handle 32's on the stock 15 X 7's (2000 4x4 ext cab)? Is there any hammering, grinding on something that would alleviate some of the rub without compromising safety or escalate wear? Looking for a cheap way to get 32's on mine with very minimul rub. I do very little off-roading that is hard on the vehicle.
Thanks! |

you will need at least a 2" lift, 2.5 just to be safe. you could run 33's with a 3" lift too

Re: 32's on stock rims?
The stock rims are 15x7, can you put a 12.5" wide tire on a stock rim?

Re: 32's on stock rims?
i have a '02 4wd taco with a Fabtech 3" lift on 15x8 rims with 32x11.50 bfg mt's and they rub on a full turn. It can be fixed with minor trimming. all you need is a razorblade.
