Desperate for advice...

Hi Everyone

Could someone out there please let me know whether a cruise control module for a 1992 Grand Marquis with an electronic dash differs from the cruise control module for the non electronic (gauge and needle) dash.

I keep getting conflicting reports from whoever i speak to, some say No, others say Yes, definately. Are the cruise control modules identical and therefore compatible.

The module for the electronic dash is becoming very difficult to find, so I am thinking that maybe the modules are the same or compatible.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You try going to the local Ford or Lincoln/Mercury dealership? Those parts guys are always good for free info.
