Interested in buying an EVO8

I've been a evo enthusiast for a while now and I've finaly decided to buy one. I'm wondering how much it would run me to mod the car to get the most out of the eingine without replacing it. I'm going to try and use the highest quality parts and upgrades.

I'm also wondering if there is a conversion kit for the evo 8 to evo7 andhow much it would cost me?
