I was bad lol
Just thought I'd share my ride home from work tonight.(1:30am)
This V8 Jeep decides he's gonna race me light to light. I wasn't racing at first so he got me but boy was he surprised. I didn't race off the next light either but he took off like a rocket. So next light ...I drop it in 1st and I leave it there ....light turns green and screech!!! I took off slowly flooring it and pulling away ....then my car slams into second(still have it in 1st) with a chirp and a jerk of the wheel and I surge ahead. Lol I know I would have pulled away but the next light came up and guess what? 2 cops lol (didn't see us racing though) and my car down shifts into 1st as I slow down and the guy almost runs into me. The guy was pissed and tailed me almost all the way home haha. I know I know bad bad bad I don't usually race but I coudn't resist. I understand that a good running V8 jeep is pretty quick ...and it was a beautiful black tricked out Laredo! Well needless to say it wasn't quick enough!!!!

nice man, just watch out, I got in trouble racing my friends 93 mustang, but I got the ticket off my record

That's excellent jj. I love zippin' around in mine, because no one expects the big sedan to take off like it does... Mmm... I get goosebumps just thinking about it... LoL my little pearle bullet.

Tire Chirps
Make sure you turn off "Traction Control" the next time you answer a challenge like that. A little tire chirp can enable TC and you will be groaning louder than the car's TC system.
Speaking of tire chirping, does anyone have any experience with a shift kit for the Aurora?
