HID Lights on TL 2004

I understand that prior to the the '04 models, the HID lights were commonly stolen from TLs (to be installed on Accords).

Do you know if the new lights run a similar risk, even if there appears no other car with similar headlights?

Is there any way to secure the lights as they come from the dealership?

The balasts for HID's on the 04 models are positioned in a different place than previous models. Also, the Headlight assembly are mounted differently with different bolts than previous models also.
