Dashboard help

Recently my Parking indicator light went out. This happens intermittently and sometimes comes back on while driving. Also, just recently, the fuel gauge has been acting wierd. Sometimes reads empty when the tank is definately not and sometimes just bounces around. All of this is recent problems in the last week or so. Can anyone tell me what's causing this and how I can take the dash apart to get into the instrument cluster? Also forgot to mention the Service engine soon light has been on for sometime now. I had the garage check it a while ago and they said it was the fuel pressure release valve or something so I didn't replace it right away or worry about. Maybe this has something to do with it too?
