Transmission cooler

I am installing a transmission oil cooler in front of the radiator of my 02 silverado. I want to allow the oil to go into the radiator cooler first, then after exiting the radiator to pipe it to the new cooler and then back to the tranny. Just looking at the pipes gives me no indication of oil flow. The dealer says the top pipe i the radiator is flowing away from the tranny and the lower pipe goes back to the tranny. Can anyone corroberate this or deny it? Maybe it dosent matter which cooler is hit first.
Thanks, Tim

the tranny fluid goes in the bottom of the radiator and out the top so with the pipes you got that would put the aux cooler after the radiator i did this to my 04 silverado the temp realy drops
