Re: leather
I recommend at least every 4 months. Between cleaning/conditioning use a clean damp towel or chamois to wipe down leather, also wipe down after conditioner. Lexol has always worked great for me.

Re: leather
4 months seem to be a long time for me, I don't know about you guys but my mines get dusty in couple of weeks. So, I use meguiars leather wipes every 2 weeks.

Re: leather
I would say about every month or so. The stuff that CraigFL refers to works well.

Re: leather
I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero. I have the cloth seats but the gear selector and the steering wheel are both leather-wraped. It currently has 30K miles on it, and the leather on the steering wheel and shift knob are showing signs of wear near the stitches. What type of leather condition would work best for the 'little stuff' that I have? Is it safe to use on the steering wheel (will it make the wheel slick)?
Thanks! JeReMy |
