2nd gen clock fix?
Can the clock on the 2nd gen (early 86 to 87.5) be fixed, or does the whole warning assembly have to be replaced?

The most likely fix for your clock is to re-solder the pins, that connect to the harness. If you look at the pins where they meet the circuit board you will most likely see a tiny line that goes all around the solder on the pin. Re-solder those pins and you should have a clock that acually works.

Re: 2nd gen clock fix?
mine got reset when my cd player got put in, and now I can't change the minutes, only the hours, so my clock is 35 min. slow
