Hi there GirlieSR, welcome to AF.

What all mods (like asked above) do you have done to your 240? SR20 swap perhaps?

Re: Hi, new here!

sounds like you dnt have an sr20 swap =)....haha but an sr20 is a huge step up from a ka, i mean ive heard of ppl building up ka's and saying their stronger overall than sr20's but stock engine for engine......youd be happy happy if you got an sr20 and prior to it youve been using a ka, but yes i do somewhat agree lots of ppl talk about sr20 swaps as if its the biggest most important thing ever which isnt necessarily true

No different than a B16 swap IMO. a KA is almost better to turbo and build up because it has the torque to back it. I know quite a few auto-X buddies that say the same about building up and turbo'ing a 2.5RS Imprezza motor, rather than getting a WRX. More torque with the 2.5RS, no to knock the WRX though.

I'm not grouchy at all. I'm about the happiest person you'll ever meet. Sometimes I just want to say something, but dont really have the time and instead of typing a huge message, I bluntly type one little sentence that gets my point across.

I've you want me to get into why I think sr20 swaps are overrated, I will, but I have to get ready for work now.

SilverY2KCivic~ I agree with you about the 2.5rs being a better auto-x car, but I didnt buy the wrx for auto-x. Its my daily driver. I've got rx-7's for that.
