Where is fuel filter?

I have a 98 Aurora, where is the fuel filter located and is it a driveway
project to replace without much hassle?

Fuel filter is on the drivers side of my 97 foward of the rear wheel. I did mine in my driveway in about 10 min. Its a real easy job.

Mine was a little tough because the old one was really corroded onto the fuel line. I ended up putting the squeeze fitting back in and driving it to a tires plus and getting the tires rotated and had them change the filter. I just didn't want to strip out the nut. It's dirt cheap (or should be...) if someone does it for you.

Re: Where is fuel filter?

How often should the fuel filter be replaced on the Aurora?

Re: Where is fuel filter?

Around every 2 years or 30k miles, whichever comes first. I would especially take heed if RFG (reformulated gas) is used in your area...
