Talking Keyless Entry reciever is bad, How do i go about finding a new one? help appreciated!

I have a 1994 Cutlass Supreme SL 3.1 V6 that i just love to death... I took my car to have a diagnostic ran on it, and after testing they found that my reciever was bad, i needed a new one... My transmitter (remote) workes perfectly....
But i don't want to pay 300 dollars to have them "repair" this problem for me, i'd rather buy the part and fix it myself...
But i need some advice on where i should start looking, or perhaps a part number or name of the device.... any info would be very much appreciated, i don't really know where to start on this one....

Thank you

Oh youre screwed, when mine went out, i found out about repair or replacement, come to find, replacement only buys you a few months and replacement is over 1,000 bones. i just use a key like low tech people now. lol

Keyless entry remote receiver is usually behind and underneath the rear speakers (right side behind the front passenger direction).
On my car, the remote receiver was draining my battery. I opened it and found out that a lot of resistors are dead. I could not find the right replacement resistor values.

I ended up going to the junkyard.

I'm looking for the keyless remote transmitter for a 94 cutlass supreme. Any ideas where I can find one.
Thanks

Keyless Module

My 93 Cutlass has factory keyless entry and the model/fcc id is ABO0103R and I have a Transmiter with different numbers and I doubt it will work right? and when you connect the wire in trunk from the encoder to a ground and the locks are spouse to cycle, mine don't so does this mean i need a new module or if i get a remote with the same numbers as my module now will it work? Help is greatly appreciated because I don't know what to do. Thank you very much
