B18B EF Turbo

I'm swapping a B18B into my 1990 Honda Civic STD. I know that there are some things in my car that will not work with the new engine. I was wondering if there were some things that could be retained for use with the new engine.
Things I know won't work: Axles, ECU, Harness, Distributor, Radiator Hoses.

Also, does anybody know (from experience) what turbo kit will fit in an B18B EF?

but you cannot use resister box, tranny, mounts, shift linkage, throttle cable, air box, umm thats all i can think of. there should be plenty of info on this board.
