jap supra vs us supra
hey u guys know the last production year for the supra in japan?
is it really 2002? what were the specs for those years?2000 - 2002? is the jap supra really slower than the us supra? please help me here

2002 was the last year, its slightly faster, and no you can not import one. So don't even think about it.

They are not faster. They only produce around 280 bhp compared to the us version producing around 320. Reasons are they have smaller injectors!

And this means what to anyone? Smaller injectors only mean a lower potential before hitting 100% duty to achieve the same amount of fuel. It could have smaller injectors and still have 320.

ok well i dont know about that hope u r right!
but i know that the bigger injectors on us models are lower pressure than the smaller ones on jdm that are hig pressure... how does this make a difference??

Hmm didn't know that, but I don't know alot of things about the JDM MKIV.
 It could very well be lower HP stock but it would be very easy to throw on a BC and up the boost to get it back, especially with how cheap used electronics are over there.

how much boost can the stock jdm supra handle? ceramic turbos...
i have heard that those turbos take shorter time 2 spool than steel ones... is this true?? bkuz de us sups have steel turbos an jap have ceramic...

um.. have u considered the japanese government law on their cars.the manufacturers cant produce cars thate xceed the 280 hp limit, but that dosent stop ppl from modding the hell out of them

yer i know about the law
but u do know that companys do exceed the limit of 280 eg the evo 6 and 7 are actually more than that its like 318 315hp but rated at 280...
