???

Hey i got a few questions, how difficult is it to take off the trim piece on top of dash with VIN?? Reason i wanna know is cause i wanna custom install some guages in there?

Also i was curious.. i been thinking bout lowering springs instead of coilovers, the reason i wasnt sure bout springs is cause im worried i wont be happy with the height of my drop with springs.. its ez to adjust coilovers to suit my liking, but if i get tein 2inch drop spring with rota slipstream 16's with 50series tires.. how much of a gap would i have between tire and fenders? ne1 got pics?

And last but not least, i been intrested in getting a b18b long block from HMO and i was curious since 94+ tegs had hydro trannies, do i have to bolt a hydro to that engine or could i use a older ys1 LSD cable tranny?

thanks
Dustin

Re: ???

Well, first of all do some SEARCHING. It will help.

THe 3rd question you can use a cable tranny but you would need a hydro to cable conversion kit. avaliable at hasport.com.

And for the vin, it comes off when you take the dash out. Its held in by 2 rivets. So i dont know what ur trying to say?

Re: ???

I believe the part with the vin number on it is connected to the dash. So you would have to take out the whole dash(or break the windshield) to take it out and cut it off.
lol
