Tranny Problems F250HD
On my 5 speed transmission when I put the truck in reverse, I hear a screaching sound if I don't fully release the clutch pedal. Some say it is some kind of springs wore on the flywheel. The truck has nearly 200K on it does this make since?

does it do it when you take off? Could be the clutch pads wore down really bad. I would take off the dust cover and see what it looks like in there, have someone hold the clutch pedel down and see what is going on. i think after 200k it is due for a new clutch.
