B16 swap question I cant figure out

I searched but couldnt find anything so here is my question. I swapped a B16 sirII(obd 1) into my friends 94 civic on thursday. After we were done we started it up and it ran perfect. It ran for about 10 min. It was about 11 when we started it and we still needed the air conditioning bracket and mount so we turned it off so we could wait untill the next day to finish up the last mount and give it a test drive. After we put the mount on friday afternoon, not even 24 hours after we started it the first time, we tried starting it again and it wouldnt turn over. It still cranks but wont turn over. We checked the spark it is fine. The injectors are clean and look fine. The wiring is fine and we are not pulling any codes. I dont know what to do. I am starting to get frustrated. Please I need help.

maybe your alternator is not hooked up right, so when you fired her up the first time, you drained the battery enough not to have enough cranking amps to turn the motor over, try jumpstarting the car, then get a volt meter and see what the battery output is, if its not between 13.5-14.5v when the car is on, then your alt. is not working.

well, it cranks but doesnt turn over??? clear that up for me please? you mean it turns over/cranks but doesnt pop at all like it wants to start?

i got the problem fixed. turns out the coil was bad. i checked the spark again a few days later and i wasnt getting one. thanks for the help.
