how to remove the plastic cover outside the gauges

how to remove the plastic cover outside the gauges, because it is durty i want to clean it. my car is 2001 honda accord EX V-6. i don't know much about cars, please help.

on other world, how to pull out the dash?

If you just mean the clear plastic, there should be two screws recessed into the top of the molding above your gauges, just unscrew them to remove it. If you mean the dash, well, theres screws around the side, in the middle, and then everything else is clipped in.

i have unscrew them but it still didn't come out? is there some other place have screw on it or it is clipped?

I believe if you just pull the top part of it it should just pop out. I havn't touched my gauges in a while tho, so dont remember.
