MY first JDM sighting EVER!

I was leaving the bowling alley tonight (its the COOLEST place in town! pffftt) and as i was walking to my pops car, i noticed this nice blue crx sitting a few places away...but something about it struck my eye. It was curvier than any of the 2nd gen rexs round here. So i really started to check it out and i noticed the plates (tru jdm) and the SiR emblem....Thats when i got excited and told my dad to drive by that car. Sure enough when we got up next to it, it was a true righthand drive CRX SiR as sweet as it could be! DAMNIT it was nice!

But anyways not that anyone here really cares, im just excited! it was my first time!

What does this have to do with racing?

But to comment to the subject, there used to be a guy at my school that had a RHD CRX. He's from a crew here called FFSquad and his car was actually in Super Street sometime last year. But anyways, he's long since sold the car. He also lives just a few blocks up from my house. His CRX started out as a DX model, but he bought a front end clip from a JDM CRX just for the motor and some parts. Since he had the whole front clip, he figured he'd make use and do the whole RHD conversion to completely JDM it out. I remember the first day I saw him driving it at my school I go to, my jaw just dropped to the floor. That car was MAD dope!

Re: MY first JDM sighting EVER!

Doing a right hand conversion in a place where cars are driven on the left is so stupid. Just to look cool, spending all that money and its not secure.

There's a 2nd gen RHD Integra I see driving around my town from time to time. It's all beater looking, and you may not even notice it at first. I know the first time i saw it I did a double take, because I had never seen a RHD 2nd gen before. RHD DC2s and DC5's yes, but not 2nd gens.

Re: MY first JDM sighting EVER!

yea well i guess you guys would freak out if you came here (Nassau Bahamas) cuz we drive on the left and its okay to have RHD or LHD cars...people are always ordering cars from japan so there are ALOT of them here and they are relatively easy and cheap to bring in...my SiR-II is only going to cost me about 4,500 in the end....Only 18 daze left!!!
