Parking Lamps

How do I get the turn signals out of the front of the car, because im putting in strobe lights and was wondering, because I couldnt figure it out.

buy a haynes manual, or actually look at how they go on, if you cant figure it out, then u probably shouldnt be installing strobe lights.(fire hazard)
