flasher location on 97 bird

I just acquired a 97 bird 4.6. blinkers were working yesterday....today they are not, neither is the hazards .

my fuses are good, but I can't locate the flasher.

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

flasher location on 97 bird

found it. It is WAY up on the drivers side under the dash...you have to remove the lower dash panel to get to it.

turns out my problem is not the flasher....they started working again...seems that when you turn on the hazzards, the blinkers will stop working for a while....

any ideas on this one?

I had a similar problem in my 95, well still do really. I think it is a bad switch. I jiggle the hazard switch a couple times and everything starts working fine.
