beat a trans am
I beat him with a
1994 mustang gt auto vert with 4.10's,posi,shift kit, stall converter, Edelbrock performer intake, AFR 165/60cc heads, FTI custom cam, EEC Tuner... and all the bolt ons on the stock short block. Well anyway,I was on my way home from work and a white trans am is right on my ass reving his engine(his exhaust sounded great) so then he gets over in the other lane and I slow down to about 25 mph we line up then we gunned it we were side by side until around 45 mph when I started pulling away at about 70 mph I had a 1 car lead on him. I started braking because there was a camary in my lane. So as I slowed down and he just blows right passed me.I got in the other lane to try to catch him, about a mile down the road I see him at a stop light so I stoped right next to him. My heart was racing so fast I knew he was gonna go again. He didn't rev at the light or anything. When the light turns green we both acclerate at the normal rates and then he just takes off at about 20 mph, so I take off too,he was about 1/2 a car lenght in front of me and I started pulling on him again,I had a good 2 1/2 car lengths in front of him. At about 80 mph he started catching up to where I only had a car lenght in front of him. when I hit 90 mph he finally gave up and started brakeing.Man that was the best night in a long time!!! Last weekend I got a new best time! I ran a 12.31 at 111.15mph |

Re: beat a trans am
The easiest way to tell is if had flat curved front bumper with just the circle cut-outs for the Fog light's it a 93-97(LT1) and if the front bumper was finned on the corner's with the cut-outs for the fog light's it the 98+ (LS1)
