Not Running
okay i have a 1985 v6 camaro one day i took it around the block (tabs were expired needed to be driven) ran fantastic no problems. went to start it the next day and there was kind of a pop and the car hasn't started since. there is compression spark fuel all the neccessities for a running engine i am very confused...........any guesses? my dad suggests a sucked valve, i say i hope not cuz im too broke for that.

Re: Not Running
hmmm.... i'm not a chevy man, but I had a similar incident a few years ago....mine "jumped time" and then because i tried to start it out of time sent fuel to the catalytic converter and froze it up. I had to replace the converter and put it back in time and
( replaced the worn timing belt) in the process. |
